  Shiquita at the Millington, TN branch jumped right on my loan request and had the money deposited in my account with amazing speed and actually got me more than I had hoped for with monthly payments that I can afford. I highly recommend OneMain Financial to anyone seeking a loan.

  This was by far the worst experience I have had with a finance company. The customer service was downright ignorant and extremely unprofessional! It took 4 days to get an answer back which should only take about an hour. Shekita, and her manager became increasingly rude throughout the process and I wouldnt give them 1 star if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

  I had the best experience I ever had borrowings money. They was very professional. When they say they will call you back , they will call you back. Great company so far. 👌

  Was calling to get a loan for a home closing cost. Was told I'd be called back before close and never was, so I called back early today and was not even allowed to talk before someone put me on hold before I could explain who I was, what I was calling about, or who I was going to talk to after trying to return their call on my lunch break. I was also talked over by whoever answered the phone. Not very polite, so I'll just take a loan from some other company.

  Lies, lies n more lies. Lady acted like I was bothering her for even being in there. No professionalism at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.

  Went nice an smooth and fairly fast. I am quite impressed.The staff was awesome and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a loan.

  Most ignorant people to try and deal with. Would try somewhere elsewhere before even considering this place for a loan. Seems like they dont want to try and help you
