  They're finally open...not just for ten minutes per customer! Lots of parking since most stores have closed. There is also an ATM directly outside this branch. CDC guidelines in force.

  Two Things: 1. Very Happy with the new location in the mall at "H" st. and Broadway, in Chula Vista. Everybody I have talked to there is very friendly and helpful! But best of all, no waiting!! If you live in Chula Vista, you don't have to go to the National City branch any more and stand in line! Don't get me wrong, the service is good, I just hate waiting in lines! 2. (This is more of a comment to the Credit union on-line products.) I couldn't believe how easy it was to get a loan, without having a long drawn-out process or having to talk to a representative! In less than one hour, I had my loan deposited into my checking account! BAM! Done! Thank-you very much NFCU! If you are reading this, you should look into a loan for yourself!   I would say 3.5 stars and that's for the people at the branch. The atm is constantly getting stuck, or not accepting deposits. Just yesterday it ate about 200 dollars my mom deposit and her debit card so we had to call navy federal and wait until it got reset to get the debit card. We haven't even seen the deposit yet. So it literally ate $200 dollars.

  They failed to submit my requirements that I personally handed to them which then caused a delay on getting my car loan. Service was good but they need to train the people better. Probably another branch will help me out better but not this one.

  On google it says NFCU is open and wen I get there there’s a sign posted that the bank is close for Columbus Day!!! WTH!!!
