  I had online issues so I decided to go in person. The customer service desk lady was very rude when I was trying to pay off a loan. I get sent through the tellers line to explain my issue and lack of knowledge in knowing how to solve the problem turns into rudeness because she was rushing to push me through. It would make more sense if they could sit down with me the same way they did when I got the loan. What a waste of my time, I'm back online figuring out myself.

  I have tried to get my Tax Form but they told me they cannot see my information in the system . I called customer service and told same thing that branch said , representative on the phone didn't understand why the branch staff could not see that information in the system.

  Had such an amazing experience here. Branch manager, Jeff Pace went above and beyond to help my husband and I get home for the holidays. This is what exceptional customer service is. 💗💗

  I was going to become a member and being a Vietnam veteran they asked if I had an honorable discharge. I told them when I first got my dd214 it said honorable medical discharge. Then when I asked the military about the 4 months and days pay that they owed back in 1975, they changed my dd214 to failure to meet enlistment standards. So they wouldn’t have to pay me! Anyway Navy federal said if I didn’t have an honorable discharge I could not have an account there. Does that beat all, a man volunteer to go to war and this people tell me I’m not worthy! Well they can keep their bank and I would suggest no one should bank there!!!!

  This place has always been super helpful and FAST but I just walked in to one of the reps being incredibly RUDE to a young man having trouble with his app. She could have easily assisted him maybe handing him over to someone else but instead she continued to embarrass him in front of the entire line of people. She was an older lady with short brown hair. I was so embarrassed for him and the lady behind me stopped him after he walked away and told him to maybe go to someone else for help next time he needed help with his account. Not ok at all!

  Only Military bank where you can’t even go inside to make a deposit. They told me to use the ATM to deposit a large sum of cash or suggested To have me go to another bank and use the drive-thru only which can take a hour before you finally get seen. Going back to USAA

  I honestly wish I could leave a zero star because that's what they deserve. My husband called to ask about his check. And they flat out told him they do not care and will not help him since he is no longer active duty. That since he is now a veteran he no longer gets the same service as he did when he was active duty. We Will be switching banks. We will never use navy Fed again. Since they do not care about their bets.

  Walked in and got my pre approved check for a new vehicle and walked out. It took 6 minutes for her to explain the process and print the check.

  tried to do a currency exchange with navy federal since i have money from germany and they told me no they don't currency exchanges but the website says other wise. idk if they was jus being lazy or they really don't but the website says otherwise. either way someone need to update some information.

  I SET ME AND MY FIANCEE AN ACCOUNT UP OVER TWO WEEKS AGO AND I STILL CANT ACCES MY ACCOUNT, I CANT WVEN GO TO WORK BECAUSE I NEED GAS IN MY TRUCK, NO PROBLEM MONEY HAS BEEN SENT TO MY DEBIT CARD, IT SHOWS IT ONLINE... BUT NOT ONE ATM, OR GAS STATION WILL TAKE MY BRAND NEW DEBIT CARD INJUST SET UP 20 NINS AGO!! I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY EXPECT PEOPLE TO PAY THERE BILLS OR EAT, GET GAS, NOTHING... THIS IS RIDICULOUS..... ILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, AND TO THINK I WAS WAITING ON THIS TO GET A LOAN FOR A BRAND MEW HARLEY. MAKE GOOD MONEY, BUT CANT SPEND NONE OF IT... CANT EVEN GET GAS TO GO TO WORK.... SMH
