  I have been a customer of Muncie Insurance for over 5 years and am beyond satisfied with the value, customer service and overall level of professionalism exhibited by this company. The employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable always able to answer ay questions about their offered services. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I was provided with the absolute best policy at a great price. I highly recommend contacting Muncie Insurance when shopping for any insurance policy.

  I couldn't expect anything more from Marvin and his team at Muncie ins. They not only gave me a competitive rate but alleviated all concerns I had with switching agencies. I spoke with multiple agents and they all insured me that not only would I get the complete coverage for my home and auto but their company would be with me every step of the way.   I had a great experience at this insurance agency, I was spending over 200 dollars a month, and Marv was able to get my bill to under 100 from shopping several companies for me. I highly recommend this business!
