  We loved working with Jay and Zach when purchasing our home. Buying a home is always stressful and we were really concerned since we only had a month and a half before we were due to go to settlement. Jay and Zach made the whole process run smooth.   Working with Jay and Zach was a breath of fresh air. Finding a home, obtaining financing, settlement, etc. can be overwhelming and filled with questions.   We were introduced to Stratton Mortgage by our realtors and I must say that they did a phenomenal job.   I was extremely pleased with the service I received this past month from Stratton Mortgage. I had reached out to a few other companies recently to secure a refinancing on my mortgage and was surprised to learn that because of some problems with the management company of my condominium association, getting a refinancing to the new, low interest rates might be a problem. Ed Stratton was able to cut through the red tape to secure me a good rate, and the closing costs were less than what I had been quoted from other lenders. Ed and his team – especially Melissa, Brandi, and Zach – made the refinancing possible in less than a month from start to finish. They are true professionals.

  I thought Ed and his associates were very professional and efficient. As a first time home buyer, I was very skeptical of the banks and nervous about the process as a whole. I am grateful I had them every step of the way to keep me on track! No matter how many questions I had, they were there at all times of the day to answer them. Ed likes to win and he knows exactly how to do it. He was avaliable before I purchased my new home, and after following his advice they accepted our first offer! He made sure we never got behind in the process of our loan, and the ladies by his side were so helpful and always such a pleasure to speak with. I would HIGHLY recommend Stratton Mortgage to any buyer, especially if it is their frist time. They definitely won't steer you wrong :)
