  It is really important to note that for many years ago, me and my wife had many disappointments and bad encounters with people in the real estate industry, who only seek their own profit. I still remember: in 2009 we met Victor and at that same year, thanks to him he made us qualify to buy our first property; That property had been maintained for years in foreclose, (the owners lived there without making any payment) every time any buyer put in an offer, the owners created tricks, causing the offer to fall. In 2015 he qualified us and we bought our second property. Victor is already part of our family since our first daughter has also acquired her property through him and the second daughter is now in the process. Actually, I was not wrong when choosing Victor in the real estate industry. Lastly: Anyone can be a real estate person, but not everyone can be a professional as Victor!

  I cannot recommend Victor enough. In the process of our first home buying experience, my husband and I put offers in on multiple properties and ultimately purchased a single family home in 2013. Victor guided us through the loan process each time, thoroughly explaining different loan scenarios and breaking down details that otherwise would have been completely over my head. He was excellent at keeping us informed about rate changes, and he recommended steps that helped me improve my credit score, which helped us get a better rate. He took care to make sure whatever questions we had were well-answered and that we had all the info necessary to make informed decisions. He is professional and knowledgable, patient and kind, and provides such great quality service. We have since recommended several friends to Victor and all have had positive experiences. He also assisted us with our refinance, and should we purchase or refinance again in the future we will go with Victor. Quality through and through. Thank you, Victor!

  5 Stars All Around. I highly recommend Victor. It was my first time buying a home. I shopped around rates before talking to Victor. I thought i had the best rate and he was still able to beat it. Loan process was a breeze. Victor stayed on top of everything and always kept me in the loop. Took his time to describe everything and make sure i understood and felt comfortable about my decisions. Couldn't have asked for a better loan officer. Thank you Victor! Highly recommend!
