  I would not recommend this company. Four days before closing my loan, I learned the company would not be able to fund the loan. Due to a situation, the lender should have figured it out before going through the entire process. Especially since I explained the problem thoroughly, don't waste your time with the company.

  In my 16 years as a Real Estate Broker never worked with a title company so negligent and unknowledgable like this one. I will post on my different real estate networks to stay away from the services of this company since they don't know how to deal with seller's closing documents and processes in general. My clients and I are so frustrated from the experience point of view being more than 24 hours since seller and buyer signed and my client still has not received the funds because they are still figuring out all the documents they were missing and that my client needed to sign. Is just unbelivable that a company this big have so many unprofessional people in charge to provide a so low customer service. If there were -1000 points in reviews I would give them that and less.

  After asking if my job was secure- they said yes, and let me and my co worker go a few days later and said “unemployment will be fine for you”. I was a top employee in the payoff department.

  We received an email that we were scheduled to have a notary come at noon to close on our refinance. No notary showed up and NLS wouldn't answer phone calls. When we finally reached David Holmes he said that they had informed us that the notary would be late because they weren't done with our documents on the back end. We received no notification. They said they had just finished at 1pm and sent the documents and the notary would be here in less than ten minutes. We waited another hour before calling again and couldn't get an answer. The notary finally called us at 230 and said that NLS hadn't sent him the information until 1:45pm. We didn't receive any phone calls or any communications regarding anything. They were super unprofessional and unresponsive and obviously don't care about customer service. They didn't take accountability for their actions and tried to blame our broker who we were WITH and when he called them out they deflected. Whatever you do, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

  Welcome to Jr High ... They bring in 10+ new hires each week to cover who quit the week before ... My job changed almost every day the lady training me had a background of school bus driver....people cussing out loud groups of people hovering around your area with no masks dropping F bombs every day ... It was like being around children
