  Simon worked with us diligently to meet our financial needs. I feel he went over and above the call of duty to make sure all was done in a timely manner.   The Fairway Mortgage team (Simon, Paulie) helped me to close the home purchase an bring our dream come true. I could move to the new home well in advance just because of their true support. One thing I liked most about Fairway and team is the transparency in their process. With most lender, people get connect to only with lender agent.   Simon was beyond amazing! He really took the time to help me personally with my loan. He always communicated with me throughout the entire loan process even after hours to make sure I had everything completed. Simon even offered assistance along the way with items that were outside his "job" to help me with my new home. Definitely met my high expectations as a buyer in a stressful time period. He made me feel as if my loan was the utmost importance and at the top of his priority list. I was able to close on my house in record time and just amazed at how professional and quick he was as well as his team.
