      Huntington you said you fixed the issue after a trip in by me to sign forms yet 7 weeks later you are still holding my money hostage. Even asked for the same form in a scolding "we told you already" manner. The next form I will fill out on this matter is the Federal Reserve Consumer Complaint form after closing my accounts this Friday if this matter persists.

      The staff is always polite and calls you by name. I always have a nice hand written note of encouragement on my envelope when I go through the drive thru. They are awesome and I love the banking app.

      The Milford, OH branch has the best customer service of any bank I've ever had. I had an issue and everyone I spoke to (there were a few people involved) was courteous, friendly and understanding and they resolved my issue in a quick, timely manner. In the past there have been things I have liked about banking with Huntington Bank in general and this experience has just pushed them over the top for me. They have a customer for life!!

      They have the worst phone system - I was put on hold for 37 minutes. Called back - chose the option of having them call me back - when they did it was the wrong "department" - they transferred me...to the wrong department...they transferred me again...to the system that asked me to choose to be called back...again. I'm in a virtual time loop - is there no such thing as personal service anymore??
