  I waited for 1 hr 45 mins to get my gun back. Computer system was down, then other customers came first and I had to ask the store manager if she had even gotten started on running the paper app yet which she had not. All the while I’m chasing my2 year old all over the store. At the end, she offered me any movie I wanted to make up for my wait. I didn’t get a movie. I won’t be back. Got 2 pawns shops down the street. National pawn will not be getting my business anymore. Also, 2 other associates finished their conversation before helping me when I was trying to pay, Mark was his name... don’t know the girls name. Anyways, this place is worthless.   This pawn shop is the most unprofessional business.they don't even deserve one star.i highly recommended a better pawn shop to do your business. I had a retired Tiffany and comoany necklace in lay way.i go to pick up two days.they bring out a ziplock bag And a Tiffany box in it.when lady at desk oprned the box.my Tiffany bag and necklace wasn't in there.noe take note This item was suppose to be secure in a safe.i was paying on it.thrir excuse..we have to research this.well what's there to research.it was an inside job.then the district manager says.im on a lookout for another one.realy how stupid does people think I am.i called Tiffany and company in New York yesterday.that necklace I was paying on.they them self's said it is totally retired.this necklace I was giving to my daughter in law for the wedding.now what am I supposed to do?I may of got my money back.but that isn't what should of been. I trusted this business eith my jewelry.it was suppose to be secured in a safe.the fact I was paying on my necklace that wasn't there.also a retired piece just sickens me.they have caused enough stress and angious.for purr stupidtyness.my stuff should of still been in safe.do bottom line Where is it? Only msngerers And asdustant msngers have access to the safe. Bottom line It was jacked While I was paying on it Not very professional to run a business That allows that.then to top it off I found a eughties CD take cover up to counter ask were CD is.the idiot says Oh it was stolen.you got to be kidding me.this is the kind of hrlp they higher Take heed on using this place for anything.

  Kiefer was not only helpful and attentive, but he made my experience enjoyable by making me laugh and actually my trip, a rarity when going to a pawn shop. National Pawn and Jewelry in Round Rock will definitely be receiving all of my business from here on out!

  Good, honest, straight forward service from top to bottom. More flexible than other pawn shops that are not family owned. The staff have great attitude.
