Alex Veloz1Came to this bank to make a withdrawal of $15,000 dollars through drive through attendants asked for my wife to come inside after informing them of her being covid positive. They said they cannot give that much cash through drive through unless she presents herself in person even though they are looking at her through drive thru camera and have her license and bank card. They do not care for the safety of their customers. Theyre lobby was full and had her stand in the lobby with other customers. Careless rude people

Guadalupe Becerra (Lupita)5I have been banking at UFCU for around 20 years and I am very happy with them! I have always received fantastic service and the best rates for loans and credit cards. They also have great customer service! I have banked at other places that did their best to squeeze every last cent they could out of me in fees. UFCU has never been like that and makes me feel like they value my business.

I refer people to them often and I have nothing to gain, but I trust them with my family and friends. It’s night and day compared to a corporate Bank of America that I came from. Selena Lopez1I spent around 30 mins in line at the UFCU after asking an associate what I needed for a certain service which she blantantly ignored and walked away from the vehicle. It's incredibly unprofessional that this bank establishment would not want to help a customer. It really shows how the employees need a lesson in customer service as well as an understanding of the job if the first employee could have just told us what I needed to begin with or at least answered the phone when we called then I wouldn't have wasted my time in line!

Lilie’s Vivid3Some of the employees have very good customer service but some are not, which is normal.... I never went to the local bank. If you want easy payment services for any loans, don’t have any loan with them. They have the most complicated and difficult payment service ever!!! I don’t recommend it, I have to stay with them for a while, I have no choice.. I found about their payment service at last so..... no recommend if you are someone who looking for easy payment service.

Alex T3It's always so crowded and it takes the tellers forever to get through all the costumers. We went inside and they were even slower. If they have a demand then get more employees or qualified ones that are faster, we cant take 30-40 min every time we go to the bank,specially because there are not that many of these banks around so we have to drive a while to get there and wait even longer.

Jl Crislip11 star is too much....The drive up model needs to be changed....sitting in line for 45+min behind someone doing multiple transactions and counting....these cases need to be taken offline to a customer service rep/teller to deal with!

Shorty Sanchez5123Waiting time inside is usually pretty long, today used used drive through and waited 20min for a pen (line was 2cars per drive through for a total of 6 cars). Their customer service is not the worst I've seen but it's definitely not the best. They just need to hire competent people.
