  I am a loyal customer of National City Auto Center! I've been treated with respect, a friendly staff, and I recommend them! I bought my Trailblazer from there in 2009 and it's still going strong! And because of that, I took my youngest there to get her first car! And we are extremely happy with it! I will continue to go to them for any car I get! Thank You Carlos!

  The service here is excellent, Maurice, the mechanic (sorry forgot his name) and the sales person gave me nothing short of excellent, I bought a 2011 nissan juke, but I got to test drive many cars from their lot before making my decision, the sales person was very patient and helpful and knew the cars he was selling. I love my car the negotiation went smooth, the car engine light came on a few weeks later so I went to them and they did everything in their power to keep me happy they fixed my car no questions asked at very little cost you me. I will definitely buy my next car from them and will recommend them to everyone.

  I bought a 2015 Honda civic from National City Auto Center for my son and my whole experience with them was so easy and pleasant! I would recommend National City Auto Center to everyone! I recently purchased a vehicle from Toyota and I thought their customer service was excellent and I thought no one could do better than that but let me tell you, National City Auto Center is up there! excellent customer service! next time I am shopping for a car I will definitely go to them!

  Just bought 2015 Lexus 200 NXt at this dealership. Don was very helpful and very patient with us. We kept asking him to show us different car and we kept changing our minds. They have good collection of nice looking used cars and would recommend to anyone interested in used cars!!

  I want to start off by saying the sales rep Don, will work for you to get you the best deal possible. Secondly, this dealership has a ton of carfax certified vehicles for sale, which not a lot of used car dealerships have in SoCal. There is no pressure to work a deal, or any shady tactics used by the sales team or its Managers. If a straight forward car dealership who works for you, not the best deal they can get, is what youre looking for, then come here.

  I called yesterday morning inquiring about a SILVER Nissan Rogue, gave them the year, price, color, said they had it in stock. Called back AGAIN to check on the address and gave the information about the car to another person who said they had it. Called AGAIN this morning before heading down to make sure the car was there to test drive. Well guess what, when I arrived just now to test drive I was told the car I inquired about was sold TWO days ago and they were “confused” about the car I called about. I’m thankful I didn’t buy a car from these incompetent people running this place. Stay away unless you like your time being wasted.
