  My one and only favorite Pawn Shop, I love all the staff, their customer service is by far the best that I ever had in any other store. Great service, efficient communication and really easy to fall in love with all your merchandise and all the very affordable prices.

  Very clean establishment, I took a look at the quality of their Merchandise and saw that overall everything was maintained. They have nice display cases that are well lit and not cluttered. The staff is very friendly. I asked to see it they could test their product to see if it worked and with no hesitation they tested the merchandise. I was satisfied withe the perormance of the product. Their prices are reasonable, I was very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Express Pawn Shop.

  I come in, and I have to be the first to greet the workers. Now I’m taking the older lady with the short bob hair cut is the owner?? Well she’s a bit rude and nasty. First all I got was a nasty look when I walked him. She Hovered over the gentleman helping, then decides to takeover and as she examines my jewelry with her smug face, just to say “no we can’t help you.

  I have been a customer for many years. Everybody there is super nice and professional. Manager Brenda and Felix are by far the best!!!! Highly recommend this place for emergency cash or just to spoil your self with a little bling!

  I went in to pawn a chain having gone to all the different pawnshops around the area and Brenda helped me get the best price for my pawn and also was very patient explaining to me the whole process of pawning. Excellent costumer service thank you !

  A few days ago I visited this location after visting a few other and different locations, I was flabbergasted with their service, well prepared sales rep show me difference between gold, stones, and how the business generally works, not knowing anything about precious metals this made feel secure spending a great deal of money, Manager even offered me a disccount over a great price.
