  You know when folks say, “I know someone who can help?” Well, those referrals never panned out for me until Natalia became that someone. Can you say love at first zoom call? Natalia is fantastic, bar none. Effective, communicative, warm, and approachable are just a few of the qualities she embodies. Our initial meeting was to discuss my qualifications, but in 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks), I was collecting the keys to my new home. It's funny how life happens, and with her support the process was easy. Natalia understood me and my needs in a brief time; that is impressive! And luckily for me, I made a new friend who happens to be a stellar realtor that I can now recommend to others. That is the definition of coming full circle. Do not hesitate to reach out to her and ask her any questions. Finally, mention the Dynamic Duo package. Believe me, it will only reduce the stress of your home purchase experience.

  I could not have asked for a better realtor! I am a first time home buyer and I knew absolutely nothing. She shared all her knowledge on the process and kept me informed the whole way. Whenever I had questions she would immediately seek out the answers for me even if it meant calling multiple people. Additionally, I work non-traditional hours and she was always accommodating to my schedule whether it was viewing homes or phone calls and text messages. Natalia was always professional and wanted the best for me. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!

  Natalia was very patient and attentive in our property search. We ended up going with a home that she found, and she was able to get our offer accepted even though we were outbid. Every step of the way, she was responsive and helped us find solutions. Now we own a property thanks to her!

  Natalia is a very passionate, determined, hardworking and just an all around really lovely person! Although, I have not had the privilege of using her as a Realtor, I couldn’t say enough about her wonderful, fun loving character which has shone through the 15+ years I’ve known her!
