      the service advisor Audrey DuFour, was excellent, but the Subaru scheduler who set up my appointment did not give me accurate information regarding the time I would need to complete my service. I would have planned differently if I had known the accurate information. Using a scheduler who does not know time lines and process for customers is NOT EFFECTIVE and I was not able to have my recall completed or any of my other service needs.

      This place is great. I bought a Subaru Crosstrek from them in March. I was moving from Chicago to central California, and buying the car in Nashville, my hometown, to use as transport for my cross-country move. I was only going to be in town very briefly, which made the pre-sale process a little complicated. The salesman, Jonathan Ault, basically bent over backward to make the process easy for me. He was great on the phone and email, keeping me up to date on what would be needed and making the process as smooth and painless as possible. I'd been working with another salesman at a competing dealership for months preparing for the sale, but when they dropped the ball, Jonathan and Nashville Subaru were there to pick it up. They took such good care of me that I had no issues, whereas dealing with the other dealership had been a challenge from the start. I also returned with my car for Christmas and went to get an oil change and tire rotation. They were quick and courteous on the phone when setting up my appointment. When we arrived, they were backed up and gave me an estimated finishing time over an hour more than what I'd been told on the phone. I wasn't happy to hear that, but I appreciated how they were up front and honest about being behind. Plus, we ended up getting the car back only 30 minutes later. It was a nice experience all around and they once again showed excellent customer service. Oh, and because I'd bought my car from them that year and hadn't gotten an oil change there yet, the whole thing was free! If you're looking for a Subaru purchase or service experience in or around Nashville, I don't think you can do better than here.

      My sons WRX was brought in to the service department at this dealership to get an engine rebuild approximately 80 days ago. I’ve received guarantees and promises from their service department representative that the vehicle would be ready multiple times in the last three weeks. We received a guarantee that the car would be ready for pick up today 5/8/2020. When I called to make sure that we would be able to pick up the vehicle the first thing that the service department representative said was “it ain’t ready” no reason, no educated explanation. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that the service manager was not in the office. I left my phone number for a call back and have not received a call back yet today. If your service department can not deliver on deadlines and cannot provide educated reasons as to why the vehicle is not ready then you should provide a curtesy call to the customer. In addition, the assigned service representative is rude and should not be dealing with customer calls at any level. I am aggravated, upset and unsatisfied with my experience overall. I’ll be on-site tomorrow to pick up my vehicle ready or not.

      Couldn't have been any better!!! My experience at Nashville Subaru was really good. I went in simply to explore what the new Ascent had to offer and ended up buying one the next day. I love my car and the guys over there made the process for me so easy. No pressure, very respectful and easy to work with. I'm so happy to be a Subaru owner once again!

      My 08 Impreza had a recall for passenger air back. Called the 800 number provided in the recall slip and the rep was able to get me scheduled with Subaru of Nashville that worked around my busy life. They were also able to put me in a rental for the duration of the repair which I was really concerned about not having transportation. They finished the repairs within 24 hours! I was overly impressed with these guys. Definitely one of the better dealerships I’ve encountered! Thanks guys

      Fantastic place to buy a car, however the service department is atrocious. I bought a 2018 Outback September 2017. On my 6,000 mile service they didn't rotate my tires. Their response was that it wasn't on the service ticket. So at my 12,000 I made sure it was on the ticket. Waited 2 hours for my service to be completed only to not have the tires rotated again. In their defense, she brought the tech out and asked him if he did and he said no. At that point, she offered for me to wait a few more hours and they would do the rotation. If I don't want to wait, they'll comp the service. My oil change is already complimentary so they'll comp the service they didn't complete. Seriously? Thankfully I have 1 tire that's different due to a blow out with 5,000 miles on the tire so I could tell that it wasn't done or evidently I would have been charged for service that wasn't completed. My husband all ready won't go back due to a separate issue we had with the service department. By all means, buy your car here. Just don't expect to have service work done.

      Devon and the Service department did an awesome job with my Forester that had trouble because if the recall. We were given top VIP service due to our car not being drivable. Drove my beautiful freshly washed and repaired vehicle out less than 24 hours later! Thanks!

      My first visit to the dealership since I relocated from California. I parked in the sales parking lot instead of the service lot because I did not know where the service area was. The sales people were very kind and walked me to the service area and said the service rep would retrieve my car. The service rep that the sales person introduced me to was rude and left me standing at a service desk for 20 minutes. Then, I waited 2 1/2 hours to be told that nothing was wrong with my tire, even though my dealer in California told me to replace the tire under warranty, and my Skylink did not need upgrading! And no car wash. I will find a private mechanic or another dealership. I will not return to that dealership. And, oh by the way, I had an appointment.

      I was never a person to go to a dealership for my car needs until this Subaru and this dealership, and more specifically Ashley, the associate that has been my lifeline for the past year. She is exceptionally personable and incredibly efficient. My mind is always at ease knowing that I can go to her with any question and she will bring me a timely answer (and often a deal on a service that I didn’t even know I could get!). As long as I’m in Nashville, my Subaru’s will be brought here for top notch care in the impeccably capable hands of Ashley and the service team.
