  Closed a lot. Some rules are very strange. Like no one can make a deposit into your account but you. Even if the check has your name on it, has your signature on the back and it says for deposit. Your friend or secretary can not deposit it into your account for you. Even if it is a reimbursement check from the health insurance company, you are in the hospital at MD Anderson for cancer treatment and there is no way for you to make the 6 hour trip back to Harlingen and you have no money to pay for gas Even if you could leave.

  This bank is beyond stupidity, my card got stolen so I lock my card till I can get a new and when I renew one I had to wait 7 business day to get a new it been a 4 weeks now and still haven’t receive my card that they’re machine has been down over a month already and nothing has been done, I have bills to pay! Bad customer services I hate this bank with a passion I do not recommend coming here

  Very disappointed with the service... Poor on elaboration on information. All the information that was given at the beginning was misleading. Office personnel we're never certain on answers. Management wasn't available to speak to at the time of doubts from office personnel. Changed the terms on personal loans through the process. It ended up being a loan for something that initially was said that wasn't possible upon my initial request (boat)... Overall, very unprofessional ways of not holding up to what they initially said the requirements were...

  Hate this bank they charge you to know how much you have in your checking's. To open account you need $25 in your savings. For they do not deduct any money from you you have to have at least $200 worst bank ever!!!!

  Don’t go here they do not know what they are doing and they lie to you. They told me to open an account with 50 bucks and they I’ll get them back and guess what I will not get them back. Then they told me to just cancel the account within 90 days to get the money back and that was a lie too. Now I have to wait after the 90 days to cancel the account. Poor service rude people never go there again.

  Worst bank in the RGV. Employees have no customer service and their online banking website has been down for a month and you can't even check your account balance. Smh

  Holy hell, their " online" banking app is the worst. It's out like 40 percent of the time. Update your dam everything please!!!!!

  Have I ever mentioned I love surprises? Thank you for amazing service. Regardless of the branch I went into there was never a wait. Ever! Wow. Smiles everywhere. Thank you.
