  THE WORST. Any 5 star review for this company is from an employee to try and help their Google rating. Do not trust the reviews OR the people from NAFCO. They manipulate, intimidate, and make your life worse. They refuse to record their phone calls as to not be held accountable for what they say. When you do communicate with them, make sure it's through email. I've noticed those who email with them don't experience as many problems. If NAFCO is the only lender willing to help you buy a car, get a bike and work on your credit.

  I have been with NAFCO for a few years. They gave me my first auto loan and also my 2nd when I traded that car in, although I had PERFECT payment history with them for 2+years my interest rate was still ridiculous, but I took what I could get. With my new car, I was doing great with payments until covid hit and I lost my job. I have been struggling to make ends meet since and NAFCO could care less about it. I pay small increments throughout the month and stay in contact with them, letting them know my situation, when I'll have money in etc. I was $50 shy of my payment a couple weeks past due (also Christmas, sorry i wanted my kids to have a few things)and they shut my car off. I was able to get the remaining payment in however I also had to pay half of the next month's payment to do so they don't help with refinancing and they are quick to take from you and unwilling to work with you. Yes they will give u a loan, and they will leave you alone if you make your payments. But if you fall on hard times they do not care and will NOT work with you in the slightest bit. If anything they make things harder by taking away your mobility to earn money. It's awful.

  The staff has always been very nice and easy to work with. It's just important to keep them in the loop as soon as anything happens or call before you miss the payday to arrange a different date. I have never had a single negative interaction and never have to wait on hold. Even in rough moments they were very understanding and helpful.

  We had nafco for about 7 months. First they put a device on your car in case your late they will turn your car off. 2nd they do not report your good standing with the credit bureau. When we refinanced the new company couldn’t find nafco on our report. When we did refinance and nafco was paid off there was a overage. Nafcos policy is to not send you your extra money from YOU paying but to send it back to your new loan company. This is unheard of. I do not recommend nafco. The staff are polite to the account owners but refuse to work with anyone else on your behalf.

  These guys are awesome to work with. I live in idaho falls and they gave me a loan for my 2021 Kia Rio. No one in IF wouldn't work with me after my bankruptcy but these guys did. My credit score went back up with these guys. Been with them for almost a year. I am truly grateful. Thank you Nafco finance.

  Michelle is the rudest customer service representative ever me and my husband fell on hard times due to Covid we are barely getting back on our feet, yes I made an arrangement but I just couldn’t do it we cant live off 20.00 for a week. I called explained my situation and got nothing out of Michelle but threating to shut me off and repo us within 48 hours. Well guess what I go to warm up the car and sure enough we are shut off!!!! RUN IF YOU GET APPROVED THROUGH NAFCO THEY ARE THE WORST EVER!!!!!!

  I have been with them for almost a year now. I love working with company. Whenever I send an email they are quick to respond. For once a company that is actually there to help you. I didn’t have any credit so the fact that they took a chance on me says a lot about them. They really do want to help people.

  Well after reading the reviews I’m a little worried. But at the end of day I have never had a car loan and im 32 years old and have a 512 credit score. I tried here and there to get financed and nobody would of give me a loan. Until I tried for a brand new Honda and Nafco gave me chance. It’s only been a couple weeks and never talked customer service. But overall if you make your payment on time I can’t see how can they be so rude ? And hopefully next year I’ll be able to pay of my loan and get financed again for a more expensive car. So anyways nafco gave me the chance to established credit for the time.

  We had a payment agreement and on one day they ran my card earlier than I get paid so then they proceeded to blow up my phone with calls and text messages. So I called them told them the situation and of course they charged me a fee because I called them. They then ran my card again and got paid another payment. I left them a message and they proceeded to tell me it was out of their hands to when I would get the money back. They can sure take it immediately from me but can't give it back. We want out from under this company. They are extremely rude and don't ever let you talk.

  Worst company I could have ever used I was late on my payment by a few weeks and they turned my truck off in the middle of winter in alaska it was -10 with my new born child in the truck! I was 30 minutes out of town with little cell service... I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN THAT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! I had to wait warming my child up for 30 minutes before a taxi arrived as it was around 10pm and they of course had no one in the office to help my situation.
