  Eric was awesome to work with, he did my first home loan and then also my refinance. It was my first time doing a refinance, and him and his team got me through it. It was nice because I learned a little bit through it, and it felt very smooth and easy process. Thank you Eric and his team in getting me through all this stuff, and definitely would work with them again.

  I have worked with Eric Leigh and his team on two mortgages and will never work with anyone else when I need a mortgage in the future. Years ago, when I approached the first time, he reviewed our housing goals and credit history then determined it was not the right time for us to pursue a mortgage. He gave us a plan of action to take over the next 9-12 months. I appreciated that he turned away business rather than cram us into a higher-interest mortgage that would not have met our long-term goals. When we came back in 9 months, Eric was able to secure us an excellent mortgage. As part of my diligence, I applied for mortgages with 7 other broker/lenders and Eric's was by far the best deal. No dickering needed. We were able to affordably build our dream house thanks to Eric. During the mortgage process, I must have called Eric over a dozen times with random questions and concerns. He always took his time and explained everything in detail. He never turned away my calls and always seemed happy that I called him. A couple of years after that mortgage, Eric followed up with me to see how things were going and to let me know the status of the mortgage insurance on the house (which was a promise he made at signing that I had long forgotten about). Top-notch service years after the closing. On my latest mortgage, which was a refinance of the previous, Eric reviewed our goals once again. Since I had kept my house in order, he was able to immediately provide a couple of different options to meet our needs. As the first time, he spent a great deal of time answering my many questions. During the mortgage process, he called me multiple times to keep me in the loop on the status. When he was on vacation for a week, his team picked up the torch and kept me in the loop. Eric is surrounded by an excellent team. I highly recommend Eric Leigh and his team. You can be confident you are getting the best deal possible for your personal situation.

  As a first time home buyer, I was nervous to even begin the process of securing financing and looking at my options for buying a home in the booming Boise market. Eric was patient with my timeline, continually checked in on me, and truly put my needs first. He got me a great rate and a great loan for my needs and explained everything thoroughly throughout the process. His communication was above and beyond and he adapted his communication to fit my work schedule/needs (I’m a texter!). I also appreciated that Eric showed me the calculations on a lot of the finance items and walked me through, in detail, every facet of the mortgage. Highly recommend working with Eric and his team, you won’t be disappointed!

  We have used guaranteed rate for a refi and just recently for a home purchase. Every interaction with Eric and his team has been extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. We can not recommend Eric highly enough if you are looking to purchase. We think we found our forever home but if not, we would use Eric and his team again.

  Wow! Eric and his team take service to the next level! As a Realtor and real estate investor, I don't take lightly who I refer people to and I can confidently say that I would refer anyone I know to Eric and feel good that the job not only got done, but the best options were explored and the best rate available was given.   Eric and his team worked very quickly and efficiently on helping us refinance and to get equity out of our home to make some major improvements. Everyone was super nice and very helpful. Being able to sign some of the forms electronically made the process extremely efficient and convenient. Would highly recommend them for refinancing and I'm sure they are great for new buyers too.

  Eric did a wonderful job on our personal home loan. It was a complicated process and he was able to walk us through the process and keep us in the loop every step of the way. Eric and his team were extremely responsive and answered all of our questions right away especially on weekends and after hours when things would come up that needed our attention immediately. I am also a licensed real estate agent and Eric has also worked with our clients. He has done an amazing job with all of our clients and they have had nothing but amazing things to say about him and their experience purchasing their homes.
