  Jennifer and her team ALWAYS go above and beyond from beginning scheduling our appt to making sure we have all our documents in order and finally making the process quick but efficient when it's time to file.   Jennifer did my 2020 taxes. Was fine. She asked to review my 2019 to see if she could amend them. She charged me full price and then told me I’d be getting money back. Well I never did. Then she said she would refund me the amount she charged since she was wrong. Well she never did. I’ve called numerous times and never get any response back. Never use her again. Just wanted the refund she promised and didn’t deliver and then evades me and never returns phone calls.

  Let me say first off by saying they are awesome. I tried to do it myself and almost owed $2,000 I went to tax angel and they saved my butt. My wife and I now will go nowhere else they have saved us so much money and time.   By far the best tax place I have ever been to. Jennifer is truly amazing!! Our friends referred us because our taxes were a mess and we really needed an angel. Jennifer made us feel so comfortable and corrected our old returns, got us all filed and fought our case against the IRS letters and made our $30k bill go away! I cannot say enough about how she is amazing and on our side and so educated when it comes to this stuff. I'm never going anywhere else I know if I ever need anything I can call my tax angel!
