  I dealt with Sasha and it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in a bank before. Very kind and made my experience quick and friendly, will definitely be back again because of her.

  Went to pay my wife's car note had 3 small children with me it was 100 degrees outside and the drive thru was closed. Couldn't carry 2 babies through the prison security doors you have to go through so i had to leave them in the running car. After waiting on line forever the dummy teller who was obviously new had to count my 424 dollars 8 times (I counted) before needing help from the boss and after it all didnt give me my 23 cents in change and proceeded to insist in front of her boss she gave it to me.i was so mad at this point i just left instead of looking like a crackhead arguing over 23 cents. This place is a joke and the tellers are dumber than my 6 year old. Avoid like the plague

  Do not bank with them if you are African American. They make it so hard for our people to get approved for loans or even secured lines of credit.

  everyone here is very nice and its also very quiet everytime i walk in there but i didn't like how long I waited to sign paperwork for a secured loan
