  Pete was great to work with! My husband and I were first time home-buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Pete and his team made the whole process easy, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The whole process would have been much harder if we didn't have them taking care of the entire mortgage process. I would definitely recommend using Pete for any level of home-buyer. We will be using him when we decide to buy again!

  What can I say? This was my very first time applying for a mortgage and purchasing a house. Pete was with me every step of the way, keeping me updated and informed. All business was conducted electronically, which made the process so smooth and easy. Pete was warm, friendly, and really made me feel like he cared and wanted me to get my house. Which I did!!   Pete is awesome! I've used him for mortgages and refi's a few times over the last 15 years. He's honest, always responds quickly and really knows his stuff! Years ago, we did a refi and he found our previous mortgage person had padded the loan for his own pocket. We just did a refi and tried two other big mortgage companies first, including our current company. Both said we wouldn't be able to get the equity out of our home and a good rate because I'm self-employed and my credit is only fair. Pete found a way to get us 3.0% and the equity cash so now I can pay off some credit card debt and raise my credit score. I'm not sure how he did it when they couldn't but we got everything we asked for and couldn't be happier! If you need an honest and reliable mortgage guy, Pete's the man!

Not only were they very professional, and answered our questions promptly, but they were also friendly which really helped take the stress off of us during this very important process.   Pete and his team was great to work with for the 2nd time! Not only do they make sure the whole process is simple, but they also make sure I understand everything going on in my deal and find me the best solution/options! They work extra hard to find us the best deal and always lock us in with the lowest interest rate! Pete even came out to our closing (most don't) Would I recommend them? ~ Most definitely!

  It was so good to be home from the Military. I searched for homes for almost a year and Pete Sans ran numbers for me on every house I had interest in. He was very patient with how pushy my wife was when she was excited about a property. Pete worked diligently to get us a 3.2% interest rate!! I paid 7 dollars to move into a house that costed $ 240000. My payment is $ 1388 a month. The way Pete hooked me up it made my situation cheaper than renting. I couldn’t be happier with his services and I recommend him to all of my family and friends. -Jack
