  So far my experience has been great. They are very much like a small town bank. They know your name if you go to the same branch. Thelma has been amazing also! Very friendly staff.

  Constantly received problems with trying to cash checks At this branch. I have matching funds plus some always resistance and cold shoulders. Much more friendly at the Lyndale location

  Best Credit Union ever! If you need really good help just ask for Dakota she's amazing. Goes above and beyond for me. An excellent employee!

  I've been a member for only a couple of months now and so far so great! I went in on a Saturday morning and the the lady who helped me to open the account couldn't have been any kinder or more helpful and informative about the options to choose. Again I was and still am totally satisfied with the staff at Old Shakopee branch!!

  I really liked this bank until recently. I have a small business and get a small amount of change every week or two. I started noticing charges on my account listed as "coin fee." Apparently you have to pay to get your own money out so, I am moving my funds elsewhere. I really like all the staff but, I chose this bank because they didn't try to nickel and dime you. Update: Just left TCF, they will not be charging me for change. Just a bummer that such a long relationship had to end over a couple of dollars.

  I would give them more stars if I could. I had a wonderful experience at the Bloomington location opening a credit card, checking account and saving account. The entire process took less than 45 minutes and I left 100% satisfied with the experience and only further demonstrated to me why I am moving away from Wells Fargo and their sub-par customer service.

  haven't had a bank a account for YEARS! I mean literally 10+. I decided to give Richfield Bloomington Credit Union a try; I was blown away! Not only by the over all benefits of a Credit Union vs a traditional bank, but by the more personal and GREAT customer service I received. I would recommend RBCU to anyone who is fed up with extra fees and the feeling of Non interpersonal treatment of traditional banking. If you are skeptical of on the fence regarding making a complete switch to a credit union. May I suggest you just keep your account with your current traditional bank. However, in the meantime, open any type 3 of account in addition to the one you currently have an just try it out for 6 months. I can pretty much guarantee that you will see for yourself that hands down, you will take the full plunge and move all of your banking needs over to Richfield Bloomington Credit Union!!!   I am here at RBCU right now. Trying to open an acct. for my 8 yr old daughter. they would not open because i had a small gig on my acct from 2014. It was a old $121 bill piggy banks in hand they told my daughter they would open an acct for her. what a great experience.
