  My experience has been incredible. Jennifer Cook at the store in Burnsville. She worked all day on 02-14-17 to get me into a new car after an I accident I had that day. So to say the least I love her and hugged at least twice before leaving the store. I don;t know what I would do if she ever left, she has sold me my last 4 cars and always makes amazing things happen for me. Huge kudos to the finance department also.

  I am a first time car buyer and couldn't be more satisfied with how wonderful and helpful the staff were at this location! I walked in for my appointment and was able to leave with a car within a few hours. I'm am very happy with this dealer and how easy they made everything to understand and pay. What a great company!

  I visited the Burnsville location 3 weeks ago, I spoke with 2 staff members but I mostly dealt with Jennifer. They were both polite and professional. Jennifer patiently explained everything she did before she proceeded. She was very knowledgeable and her multi tasking ability is impeccable. I highly recommend you go to Burnsville to ask for Jennifer if you are looking to get a car for yourself, your children, your siblings, your family members, etc.

  I've never had a better experience with dealerships than what I experienced at Carhop!!! They were extremely friendly and amazing to work with when it came to my credit. Not only did they find me a car and financing they help with my self-esteem and stress that I was experiencing by not having a vehicle. Because of Jennifer at Carhop in Burnsville I no longer have to worry about getting back-and-forth from work and the embarrassment of having to ask people for rides. Thank you Jennifer and all others at Carhop in Burnsville Mn!!! You are amazing!!!

  Walked in to car hop with no car and Candra was able to help me get in a car with a decent monthly payment and now me and my family have a vehicle.

  My name is Patricia , I went to MapleWood car hop and got treated horrible . I was being forced in something I didn’t want! I was also limited options after she told me I can get anything on the lot ! Anyways , I went to burnsville car hop , explained the situation after Maplewood incident and was treated right and had more options . I was able to get into something nice that I liked and was not forced into something I didn’t want . Jen treated me really good and I would recommend people to go to her who a struggling to get a car to get help .

  I was very happy with the friendly staff. I have been with carhop for almost 3 years and honestly was feeling let down. When I walked into Burnsville location it was a complete change. I told them what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. They were straight forward about the vehicle needing a spare tire and are shipping it to me!

  Jen and Heather are amazing! Purchasing a vehicle when you have poor credit can be an awful experience full of let downs and being treated like you're unimportant. They listened to our needs and did everything they could to get something to work for us. This is the second vehicle we've purchased from Jen, you won't find anyone better. Highly recommend
