  Alan made the home refinance process so easy and seamless for us. Neither my wife or I are very knowledgeable about financial stuff so he took care of it all. Alan was very quick to respond with all of our questions and concerns. He was a A++ guide through this process and an amazing person. I trust him implicitly and highly recommend him for all your home finance needs. Now we save hundreds on our mortgage every month. So glad we made the leap now!

  Fast and easy! Very impressed with Alan and the rest of the team at Peoples Home Equity! We recently refinanced our mortgage and the process was very streamlined. We had an initial quote within days, Alan was available to answer all of our questions throughout, and we closed in less than 45 days (start to finish). Highly recommend Alan and team!

  We had a fantastic experience with Alan and highly recommend him! He answered the many questions we had thoroughly and honestly. Alan was incredibly organized, professional and efficient. It was such a pleasure to work with him! And we needed to close quickly and it was no problem!

  2 months of head aches.. then i get told they have everything they need, they will submit it and i can put my notice in at my apartment, so i did.. and 1 week before i had to move out it all changed i didnt get the loan and i had 1 week to find a new place to live.. i specifically told the lender i dont want to put in my notice until i for sure have the loan, when he said i can put in my notice i thought i was going to get the loan, nope it all changed last minute.. and its not that i didnt have the money i have $15,000 in my bank right now, my credit score is good enough, and i handed in everything they asked for. This is not a good lender

  Hi Kelly, Sorry you had this experience. I went through all of our company files with my boss back in July 2020 when I first responded and noticed this complaint. We could not find a Kelly with a last name that starts with B in anywhere in our system as anyone that started a loan application. I know you did not have me as your mortgage advisor and you don't come up as a past prospect or client, but I would be happy to personally help you with any future mortgage lending needs.
