  Daniel is the main reason we even started the house hunting process in December 2021! His knowledge of the financial markets and spot on estimates gave my husband and me the confidence to sell. Daniel is very accessible and quickly responded to every question, even late into the evening. He's a reassuring resource to help navigate what can be a complicated, time-consuming process. It's our second time to use Daniel as our mortgage lender and I'll continue to recommend him to family and friends.

  Daniel Pate was extremely helpful anytime you get the chance to speak with him. He was recommended by a friend and he did not disappoint! Only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is he seemed very busy (understandably with this market!) Regardless, overall it was a great experience and I am glad we decided to go with Daniel!

  Daniel Pate and his team offered the highest level customer experience possible. They closed my loan ahead of schedule, had an extremely intuitive customer portal for uploading required documentation and worked overtime to make the closing process straightforward and stress free.
