  Usually, applying for a mortgage starts a process which is about as enjoyable as having a root canal. Having moved around quite a bit over the years, I have probably gone through the home financing - or refinancing - routine more than most. This was the smoothest, and most professionally organized. experience I have ever had in this field. The Mutual of Omaha team were attentive, effiient and friendly. I finished up getting exactly what I was looking for ... and more. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
