      My experience at this branch was the worst. I've been a citibank customer over 15yrs and the level of customer service I've received has been absolutely horrendous. My accounts where compromised and from the level of customer service I've received you'd think it was my fault. Definitely considering another bank at this point.

      This bank is unethical. They will slap you with charges--not hidden charges, but ILLEGAL charges that are not described in their terms. Then, when you try to close your account, they will refuse and slap you with additional charges.

      Do not waste your time with Citibank! Blocked my account for absolutely no reason and did not ever care to inform me in any way. Spent several days and had to speak with at least 20 different people across the world, most of whom, had no idea what they are doing. In the end they could not tell me why my account was blocked. And no apology about wasting so much of my time.

      I had to visit this branch on two separate occasions for two different issues. I found the service to be excellent. Radu helped me both times and was extremely helpful and very customer focused!! Calling the call center using the number on the back of my ATM card is a nightmare but this branch was great.

      This bank is the worst bank ever. Citi bank is a bunch of crooks!!! If you run a line of credit and lose your job or can’t pay they will rob you. Go to court and charge you 1800 in fees and other charges. Line of credit 800. How much I owe 2600. This bank ic criminal!!!

      Went to the branch to open an account; waited almost 1 hour and no one even said a word to me - no apology for the wait; no expected wait time - nothing. Called Citi's main number - they told be to call the Branch and make an appointment to avoid the wait. Second day of calling and you never get connected to someone at the Branch, and there is no way to leave a message. Run; don't walk away from a Bank with this bad of service.

      Horrible, I got there at 5:02 and the door was open but they wouldn't help me. They said they were closed? What happened to old school banking? They suck up to us in their commercials saying their willing to help, but not if you are 2 minutes late I guess. I own a business too, I'd never turn anyone away trying to do business with me after hours ESPECIALLY IF THEY WANTED TO MAKE A PAYMENT TO ME!!! Perfect example of a new school bank, if you are willing to bank online and customer service isn't important. And don't try to call either, no one is even available to pick up the phone. I get better service at my local gas station.

      Poor experience. I can't get a call through to simply find out if I need an appointment with a notary to have a document notarized at my Citibank branch right up the street. The initial call goes to the Philippines whereby I get the local phone number from the operator. I call the number and no one answers. Instead of putting me on hold my call get routed back to the world customer service line. I suspect it goes back to the Philippines. This is a reason to move all of my accounts to a small local bank or credit union. Simply crazy...

      not answering phone calls, transferred to automated services that do not get you what you need, people not answering their emails. feeling completely ignored as a "valued citi customer". Cannot not recommend this bank and have walked away to Chase which is great.

      I walked in today to see the lady at the front desk talking up a storm in the phone. There was a gentleman off to the side, I asked if he could help me. He gave me the hold on look with his hand in the air, so I turned around and left. Seems like they don’t need my money because I was going in to open up a checking and saving accounts. So I googled for another bank, which led me to BOA a block away. Dodged a nightmare!!!!!
