Kristi Wisdom1Update**** My husband spoke with Nathan Hebert and he honored the original price that was quoted. Thanks Nathan for making this right! The absolute worst experience ever at a dealership. I had read a bad review before I went but decided to give them a try anyway. We were quoted a price in writing. The day that we went for the test drive the salesman, Daeon, called and said that he made a mistake on the price and went up $100. Kind of aggravating, but not a deal breaker. We go anyway, test drive the vehicle and we tell him that we have everything to go he tells us that he couldn't give us the price quoted because we weren't financing through them. That was never stated with either quotes that we received. The sales manager wouldn't honor the agreement that was in writing because he said that it was miscommunicated on his end?? Very unprofessional!

Kim “Sweetlady” T3I dropped my car off to have the regularly scheduled oil change and my que system replaced. The check in clerk gave me a rental for a few days. He called back and said they needed a few more days for the que system replacement. I explained to him that I had a busy travel schedule for the next 2 weeks. When I picked up my car, he immediately said I needed to talk to the manager which was very odd. At that point they explained to me that I had to pay rental fees for having the car beyond 2 days. I paid it, and told them the took away my options. I had 2 more vehicles i could have used. The guy clerk never admitted that he did not alert me of the rental fees. I left to avoid a scene. I got in my car and... Problem #2. When i got in my car, i noticed that I had extra mileage on it. After going back and forth with the manager, I requested that he investigate beyond what's on the ticket. I left very upset. Problem#3: i noticed that my car had definite signs of someone used it. My seats were reclined, dirty fingerprints on my visors and different areas throughout my car. Problem #4: while sitting in my car, trying to calm down, i noticed a tiny pencil point crack in my windshield. At that point I called the manager and asked that he review the video. I was prepared to take it to the next level. His findings: when he called, i was prepared for him to continue to support his staff and their integrity. He hesitated for a few moments and said said Ms T, you are 100% correct. Someone did used your car. He apologized. I can tell in his voice that it was difficult for him to admit. He was very apologetic. He said you will never guess who used your car, i said who, it was the check in clerk. I could not believe it was him. His defense was, I was lying because I had to pay the rental fees. The manager told him, she paid and she left. So the manager sent him to deal directly with me to "make it right". While I was reimbursed for the rental fees, mileage, windshield replacement, and to have the inside cleaned, I don't think the clerk learned anything about work ethics, customer service, and integrity because the expenses were charged to the company and he is still employed even though he violated company's policies. In making the corrections, his attitude was indicative of very little disciplinary action other than having to deal with me. He did show some concerns when he wanted me to return my vehicle to them for detailing. Until that incident, I received great customer service and care. I hesitate to return my vehicle there for future preventive maintenance. I will give them a 3 because of the manager's actions and previous great customer service.

Starla Hymel5Ask for Amber!!! She will work very hard to get you in your dream car! I told her what I was looking for and she called me every time something popped up that she thought I would be interested. I wasn’t interested in the first 2 she showed me, but the 3rd time was the charm. I fell in love and she made it happen. She didn’t give up on finding me what I was wanting!!

Tameca Sandoz5The sales lady Amber Delcambre at Musson Patout was amazing! I was unsure if I wanted a Toyota RAV4, GMC Terrain or a Buick Encore, I liked the style of all 3! After finding out the colors and features I wanted Ms. Amber pulled all three vehicles to the front of the dealership and went over each one! After the three test drives I knew I loved the Buick’s Encore but was unsure my notes would be where I needed them to be! I drove home that evening in the vehicle I loved with my notes exactly where I needed! I’ve purchased a few vehicles in my time but this time was hands down the best experience yet! I didn’t feel pushed, she came out of pocket to buy me a drink and a snack & I didn’t have to negotiate my payments, (first time was right where I need it to be) I built a friendship! Any vehicles in my future will definitely be purchased through my sales lady Amber! I recommend Ms. Amber, a caring, trustworthy, and devoted young lady to help you with your car buying experience!
