  Well, since Iberia sold out, this is horrible. Getting fraud alerts for no reason, lines at drive thru move ridiculously slow. Going to do what ai should have done a long time ago, and switch to a local back. Good riddance to this pitiful excuse for a bank. And, thanks for nothing Iberia, for selling out

  When you call either branch in New Iberia, Louisiana no one picks up the phone. I need to speak to a PERSON. I do not want to go on the computer. Horrible customer service!!!

  The wait time at this particular branch is horrible. If u ever have to see a banker, you had might as well expect to wait at least an hour. And it doesn't matter what time of the day or the day of the week. The wait time is horrible, point blank. This is not the only place I have an account at & I NEVER have to wait this long.

  I will be closing my accounts with IBERIABANK. Their ATMs do not receive deposits. This is wildly inconvenient for me. No one seems to know why.
