  Been a customer of this place for years since Justin was a Manager of this branch, Justin was very accommodating to our needs and was always making sure we were happy with the services they had to offer. Lately, I'm not sure how I feel about continuing our business with this Coop. My husband and I will probably wait a few months before we decide if we're gonna be taking our services elsewhere...

  Worst customer service. I’ve had to drive in there several times for them to be able to process one form that could have been done over the phone. Removed my account from automatic withdrawal and they still processed the payment after claiming it was canceled. I will never use this credit union again.
