  I have never had a situation that wasn't handled appropriately and immediately. On line banking easy and convenient. Staff very friendly and greet you with a smile. If the tellers don't have the answer they will get it for you. There are a few things that would make my out-of-town banking easier but they try very hard to accommodate and you can't please everyone all the time. 5 stars from me and Best Financial has lived up to their name as far as I'm concerned.

  Emily went above and beyond to get me set up with a new checking account. She handled everything via text and email so didn’t need to stop into the office. She is even mailing me a new debit card. That is exceptional service.
