Trevor Hall1I work all day and can’t ever get their before close, so I use my phone but now I can’t even do that because I can no longer call after 5. They’re useless

Kameryn McClain-Honorable2At first I thought I was getting pretty good service, however after this last phone call I'm sure these guys don't care about you. I made a bad mistake with choosing a vehicle and was looking to refinance a newer, better, pristine vehicle. Make sure you know what you're doing because these guys don't offer any type of support. Now I'm stuck with a crappy vehicle and no way to refinance (through these "lenders") but according to them that translates to my fault. Choose a different place to finance anything unless you have no where else to turn. Customer service is lacking greatly. Payment options are terrible. This is coming from a guy who just needed a little help and guidance and stepped into the wrong place for help.

jaylon mac1Really rude service pretty much every time i call for help with something about my account this lady name Jamie always answer the phone and treat me like s*it . i called today on 10/17/2018 at 10:00 Am the way i see it if you use them as your Credit Union they should always treat you with respect this credit union opened at 9:00 Am so ain't know way in hell she should start her day with an attitude. maybe next time i'll be rude with her like she's rude with me.
