  At first i thought they were nice people and they are there to help you out and then i realized nope they were nice to get what they wanted then they don't want to help you out anymore and the lady at the nampa office. She is the one in control if she says no it's no they don't look at the value of my truck and i think that is very sad because my truck is worth more than the loan i just wish some day she can come down to earth and have a heart and soul and not be mean i bet she never been in are shoes and never needed money and the way she treated me and my wife like she was better than us she made me and my wife felt bad i just hope she doesn't be mean to another person that goes in there
