      Came here yesterday and was told by the Manger she would be there tomorrow to notarize my form. Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told she was not there. Then told to go wait for someone else on the other side of the bank to help me . I left.

      This is the worse bank ever.. i came to open a business Acct and there is not receptionist everyone is sitting around. I did the line for normal banking to get to speak with someone and after I got to see a teller “Kevin” I told him I wanted to open a business Acct and he just told me that’s the way it is that “they” know who comes in and just to sit around. Really TD bank? What kind of back are you running, no type of organization is this. It’s like running a bank in the 90’s get with the program, or this only happens in the Bronx where minorities live and use this garbage of bank. I bet this is not the same in Manhattan, what a shame!!!!

      It's a hit or miss at this bank. The employees are great but the service is lacking 60 percent of the time. I feel like a resident instead of a customer as I have to wait no less than 30 plus minutes each time. Very annoying but it's something you have to deal with when the notary's never seem present. The sad part is that they are obviously understaffed. Great bank, less than stellar service at times.

      Terrible experience !!!!!!!!!! They are so slow!!!! I been waiting 40 minutes for a new debit card! They had one person working for the drive-through while the others are walking in the back doing NOTHING. They take their time. I will never come here again.

      I am 65 and tecnology and passwords are not my friend. Mr.Clifford at the mt.vernon branch took me step by step shoeing me how to load the app into my phone put in passwords and check my account. I didnt fee l embarressed at all, he was very patienct. Most times when i go to this branch I have found everyone helpful and tellers can even assist with things instead of waiting for customer service. I know too they are involved eith community groups like the Jewels of Westchester. I highly reccomend TD and this branch.

      That drive thru atm machine makes it very convenient especially for my safety at night times. I went inside once and the tellers moved very quickly. They were very nice to me and friendly.

      Everytime I visit this particular bank something is always wrong. My last five trips there I had to find another bank to go to. If its not the atm not receiving cash deposits it's the card swiper outside that let's you in, the card reader is completely ripped off the wall and frankly I don't feel safe using my card there! I hope changes are made and problems are fixed

      Terrible experience. The ATM machines need to be updated. Don't make a mistake to deposit much cash. I had to wait 15 days to get my money back

      I walked into this branch to open a checking account At 1220pm spoke with the supervisor Jody-Ann she helped me check in the system to be seen by the accountant she had me wait several minutes just to tell me the accountants were not seeing anyone else for the day then had the audacity to ask me why didnt i open a account in Whiteplains it was very unprofessional as a supervisior she should of been better with her timing with her team & not had me wait just to tell me i couldn’t be seen.

      Busy store Employees be prepare to wait and receive excellent service!!!!! The staff is awesome and very helpful ignore that bad reviews they are only coming from customer that have no patience. TD bank has been a great addition to the Mount Vernon community.
