      I have been banking at Muna for years & do not intend to go anywhere! I love that the wait is never long whether u drive thru or go inside. Customer service is excellent. Never had 1 single bad customer service experience. Recently, I had a dispute with Shazaam over some bogus charges and Josh at the local branch patiently worked with me to get my money back & even offered up some great tips on how to avoid this happening again even though u think u are being cautious. Joseph, also at the local branch, helped me tremendously this past week, as well. Both handled me professionally with patience & empathy. I couldn't ask for a better financial institution!

      Bad attitudes left and right Like you're not welcome there, stares at you uncomfortably and very mental like. This bank has went to garbage. Searching for another bank

      The CU is currently converting their Visa debit cards to MasterCard debit cards with the chip. They deactivated all of the old cards before customers got the new ones, and I have been without a card for almost a week now. I have heard multiple people complain about this. The conversion was planned and executed very poorly to say the least. The also charged me $.75 when I activated my original debit card at THEIR ATM. The CSR said she would refund the money on a Monday, but she hasn't as of four days later. I have only banked with them for five weeks, and my experience has not been a pleasant one so far.

      They have never helped me . When I call and dispute a merchant.They tell you that it will be 30 days on a decision and, I never hear back from them this has happened more than twice.

      I wish I could give it less stars and have some of them brought up on charges. I watched them crush the dream of someone I know without remorse and for no other reason than to say they could. And they did. I only wish I recorded it. Ted Bundy was a great man compared to these people.

      This bank is not good at all!!!! They don’t explain to you about all the hidden fees that they always taking out your account. They have took money out my account to pay in someone else. Not the kind of bank I need

      I took out personal loan and they ran me and my husband credit as home loan and no one has answers for this. Watch yourself at that bank as they rush you away when you notice issues.
