  When we first got stationed in meridian I did a review on how enthusiastic and informative the staff was when I would call or if someone reached out to us. Brooks has that welcoming voice, and Teresa has that gentle caring personality Yesterday was my first time meeting them in person after 2 years and I can say their telephone etiquette matches their personality. They not only greeted their customers by name but with a constant smile. I was offered a beverage while I waited great approach for these hot Mississippi days Whenever you call about account details they take time to give you details that anyone can understand. It's hard to find genuine caring people especially when it comes to finances but those ladies are a blessing. Ms. Teresa is the manager, very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. A good honest leader allows any business to prosper. They are honest people just pay your bill lol. Great asset to Meridian community. Gold star 🌟

  I never leave reviews but First Franklin’s staff is outstanding! The entire staff at 1st Franklin Financial is amazing. The ladies there are ALWAYS friendly and eager to help you in anyway. I am grateful for their services.

  The Ladies that work in the office are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! ! Make you feel like family rather than just another customer! They get to know you and everything! And they DO NOT HARASS YOU FOR A PAYMENT like other companies! BY FAR THE BEST LOAN COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH!

  Omg..... My name is Olivia and soon as walked in to the establishment it was good vibes and smiles...
