  My wife and I had been unsuccessfully seeking finance for a property in Florida for approximately 6 months. Being led to commit, we were struggling with very expensive bridging finance... we were in a pickle. Being strung along in some cases for months and months with brokers who would spasmodically ask more questions, we luckily were introduced to Blake. He was always prompt with communications and fought for us like it was his own personal loan. We refreshingly liked his down-to-earth, friendly, positive and yet professional manner that he kept us up to date with during the proceedings.
