  Tom explained the program to me with knowledge and patience. He promptly returned calls and answered all my questions. We went over my budget and identified items to cut or reduce. I am happy my unsecured debt will be paid in 36 months. I will recommend ACCC to my friends.

  Tom was excellent very patient, listened to everything that I had to say and my concerns was able to work out a payment plan with me. Got two credit card minimum payments to less than what I was paying on one. Worked out a budget with me. If I would’ve known it was this easy I would’ve done it along time ago. Thank you!!!

  I just wanted to say thank you to Tom Goodman! He was more than helpful he stayed on the phone with me for well over an hour answering all my questions and assisting me in making a decision that will affect the rest of my life. In this case it will be affecting it in a great way. He was very professional and when I accidentally disconnected due to bad service he called me right back. Everything felt comfortable when talking on the phone. I did not feel like my information was at risk or anything. Thanks again!

  Jojo was very helpful today, I had some questions about the DMP that I had signed the night before. He was very pleasant, responsive and listened to me. He then followed up with an email regarding what we discussed. Thanks Jojo for being so thorough and putting my concerns to rest.

  Tom and the other professionals at ACCC have over the last 7 months gotten me to a point in my financial health where I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.   Genuinely sincere professional and interested in helping me to build a long term relationship with the company and myself to rebuild my finances and save a nice cushion for my retirement. They were very patient with me in the entire process considering I have three children under the age of five who were trying to simultaneously to get my attention while I was on the phone. I feel this company will help me settle my debt. Very impressed with entire process.

  Both men clearly explained to me what the consumer credit counseling could offer me. They were encouraging and reassured me that even though I saw myself in deep, deep trouble. I was not doing that bad. However, I needed to be more discipline in certain areas of my spending. With a budget that both men provided, I am able to proceed with clarity on what needs to be done and how I can go about in doing it. Thank you both for assisting me in my time of despair.

  I spoke with Tom about an issue concerning canceling multiple lessor credit cards to pursue an offer for a better platinum card. My concern was how the shift would impact my credit score. Tom’s professionalism and knowledgeable advice put me on track to make the right decision. I’m thankful to have ACCC in my corner and will use them again for any concerns in the future.
