  Today i had an appointment with Albeiro, im just a tourist who wanted to open a checking account, he helped me with everything, he was very kind. Same with Roberto, he helped me with the opening, deposit and the card was issued in the moment. Very simple and seamless deal. 10 out of 10.

  I do not understand the negative reviews at all. I received excellent service this morning from Mr. Eziquel in opening my daughter’s 1st bank account. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very very courteous. My experience at this Miami Beach branch of TD Bank was EXCELLENT!!

  I do not see the convenience of a bank saying they are America's most convenient bank if they aren't convenient. There is always an issue here when I go here and speak to a clerk. I went in last week for a paper to be notarized and the clerk told me I have to come back on a weekday before 4pm because the person that does the notarizing leaves at 4pm. I go there today and there is no one there to notarize my papers. To begin I had to ask her god the schedule of the person who does the notarizing instead of the information being voluntarily told to me. They lack knowledge within this TD Bank. Which is bad for business. When you ask certain questions they either don't have a response that is knowledgeable or they are unaware.

  Slow, incompetent, understaffed. Computers not working, manual machines out of ink... Literally couldn't service anyone. Oh and took almost an hour just have a check printed.

  Used to provide the best service ever. Now it is like any other uncaring bank. It is a downward spiral and there is absolutely no effective management presence. Either they have transferred some personnel around or they have quit. I had a few issues with corporate lately and they are even worse.
