      Muller gets five stars because of their outstanding customer service and their COMPETENCE. I took my car to Muller Honda after another Honda dealership told me there was nothing wrong with it. Turns out the excessive vibrating was due to a collapsed engine mount which the Muller mechanics found pretty quickly. I took it back a second time because I thought it was experiencing the same problems (It wasn't. My view of normal car vibrations had been skewed at this point.), and they didn't charge me for the second look. The service rep went into detail about what they did to check it out (i.e. compared my car to an identical model). They were quick, courteous, professional, and thorough. When I picked it up the second time they even washed my car for me and hand buffed it in problem areas. That was a nice touch. They really went above and beyond.

      Great car buying experience, got a good price on a new car and great service. The few times I've needed service for routine maintenance I've been in and out and everything went well. I would recommend someone looking for a Honda to go to Muller

      In the 50 years we've been married, my wife Mary and I have bought quite a few cars, and we can't remember a more pleasant experience than in purchasing our 2019 Civic from Muller Honda--thanks to Helen Salomon. It may sound like a cliché but she really did treat us like family as she walked us through every step of the process with patience, cheerfulness, humor, and professional competence. And we were able to drive off in our new Civic more quickly than I would have thought possible. Thank you, Helen.

      We had our Honda CR-V repaired here. After repair, we found there was sponge at the bottom of window shield glass exposing much inside the dashboard. Strangely why there was such stuff there -- old glass did not have any sponge there. I called in to schedule a fix, and the rep said it can be done very quickly. When we drove to the shop in scheduled time, they then asked us to directly contact the window glass contractor for fixing. The contractor came first time, did nothing and left, just to schedule a second visit. They came again without doing anything either, asking us to schedule again. When we called once more, the contractor even said that we would have to be on site to agree the sponge to be right when they re-install the window shield glass. It seems to be our responsibility to ensure it's right and contractor does not know how to fix it correctly. All in all, how come an insured repair in Muller Honda dealer ends up with a lot of hassle on the customer, and their body shop with clean hands off. Muller Honda followed up with my complaints and resolved the issue I mentioned quickly to our satisfaction, so I edited the post and raised the stars to 4.

      Great inventory of certified vehicles and management is very fair and friendly. Luigi the manager found me the best certified vehicle and notified me immediately. He had Howard take care of me and he was exceptional. Could not be happier. Will be coming back for my next vehicle.

      I brought my car in to have broken side view mirror repaired. I was told it would cost $140. I indicated that as long as I’m here I would have the oil changed along with miscellaneous other maintenance. The total cost was indicated as $322. I waited an hour and a half only to have the service man come out and tell me it would cost over $1000 for everything and they would have to order the mirror. Aside from the fact that the original estimate was grossly under quoted, I pointed out that had I known the mirror would have to be ordered, I never would have waited. I am very reluctant to have my car serviced there again.

      Recently brought in my car for an oil change. I’m an occupational therapist in a hospital. The service manager noticed the hospital system parking decal inside my windshield and asked if I work in healthcare; I hadn’t even mentioned it. He gave me a discount on the bill. Job was done timely, car was taken through the car wash, and overall above-and-beyond service.

      I had a great experience here when purchasing my new 2016 Honda Civic. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful — and willing to work with you to get you a deal that works for you. Matt and Marcus were very responsive to my numerous email messages, requesting quotes as well as clarification on costs and fees. Paul was great in walking me through the new features on the new Civic (it has all the things) showing me how the remote start works, the audio system, and how to use the key fob to open the sun roof and all windows in the summer. They have an excellent service staff as well and have trusted them for many years with my 2005 Honda.

      We worked with Alfredo and had a great experience. They did offer us a couple of dealer "add-ons" (special coatings for outside/inside & extended warranty) at signing but I felt it was a more informational than pressure oriented. It would be nice to have those things presented in advance to consider. Alfredo took a lot of time to show my wife her new vehicle. I did have a follow-up question for him over the weekend and he got back to me promptly. The car was in awesome shape and was kept inside to keep it perfect. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

      Rude and disrespectful. Do not give them your business. Went in to lease a minivan. After waiting a minute at the front desk, the receptionist told me everyone was busy and to wait in the lounge. I did and after around 10 or 15 minutes Adam came to help me. I understand the wait as I didn't have an appointment and at this point everything is OK. Take a quick test drive and them come in to talk numbers. Adam would not give me any real number and basically told me that I needed to provide him a deposit for him to start giving me prices. This is outrageous to me, I am not sure why anyone in their right mind would give a deposit down before deal was discussed at all. I tell him the the other two dealerships I have been to have not done this and they were all around the same starting monthly payment with one month down payment. After this he wanted me to talk with his manager, and left me sitting there. I had enough time to sit for a few minutes, get up and go to the restroom and still Adam has not returned. I see him across the floor standing behind the manager waiting to get his attention. At this point I need to leave as I had already been here close to an hour with nothing to show for it. I walk over and say I need to leave, and the manager is extremely aggressive and rude. He basically tells me that I don't know what I am talking about , and doesn't believe me about the other dealers numbers. I don't know how they get anyone to give them business this way?
