  When looking to buy a home in 2016, we were referred by a neighbor to Joe. She said he was amazing to work with, and she was spot on! My husband and I were looking to purchase our long time rental direct from our landlord. We had negotiated our price, and Joe performed his magic from start to finish. We were nervous about the whole process. Joe was available 24/7 for all questions and updates. He explained everything clear and concise. He helped us understand what to expect along the way. He set up our appraisal and connected us with a terrific lawyer. Dealing with Joe was so comfortable and reassuring. He is like family. Joe is knowledgeable in his field.   Joe Richardson is a great loan officer to work with. He was very descriptive and explained the refinancing process thoroughly. He was very easy to get a hold of and was always available for questions. It was probably the most efficient experience I've had thus far and to top it off, he offered me the lowest rates when compared to other companies.
