  We had a wonderful experience with this Credit Union. Erin was so helpful and was willing to do whatever it took to get our loan processed! She even stayed late to help us! We would highly recommend their services! We especially recommend getting the extended warranty from them. It was a way better deal than the dealership! Thanks for a great experience!

  I am also confused with a lot of these reviews. I have been with this credit union for several years. I have never had any problems with this credit union. They always respond in a timely manner. There loan process is wonderful. When I had minor issues, they were promptly resolved. Hands down one of the best credit unions.

  MTC always gives a pleasant experience and the staff especially are pleasant and go over and above to help. Kate Cerone I feel is my personal person as I always get her and I feel that I know her. She takes time with me if I dont understand something, shes always willing to explain it and break it down until ive gotten it. She's completely open to listening and if I make a mistake on something she helps me get it to where I actually need it to be, she really make me feel as though MTC is totally there for me. I highly recommend MTC to my family and those that are eligible, I'm always bragging on my MTC! Very much appreciate you guys!!

  Kate Cerone from MTC Federal made my experience in securing a car loan easy! Once I made a decision on a car she was quick to make it happen that very day!

  Mtc federal deactivated my card in the middle of the day on a friday and then took the money I had just wired into the account and because it was friday I had no bank card all weekend this company is the absolute worst.

  Opened an account just so that I could open accounts for my kids. Deposited the initial amount. Never use my account. Only occasionally deposit money in the kids accounts. Went in today because I have not been able to login online to my accounts in a few months. Was told my accounts were closed because they were dormant and was being charged monthly fees due to dormancy. I never saw these fees because I was only getting online statements. Which means I did not get emails for my statements but had to login to my account to see the statements. Needless to say I will be closing my kids accounts tomorrow and using a bank that actually communicates with their customers.

  Reading some of the other reviews and I’m so confused.. I’ve been a member with MTC for years and have never not even once had an issue. I’ve taken out 2 loans with the help of Kaci M, who I might add is phenomenal at what she does, and never had any problems making payments, contacting the girls at the Verdae branch, expressing concerns, nothing. They are so on top of things, they are great at what they do, and I certainly will never bank anywhere else. I previously banked with 2 major, popular banks and left both of them to use MTC only because it is the best. These girls are so great it’s hard for me to believe anyone ever had a problem.

  This is a wonderful credit union, they are very family oriented and helpful! I have been with them for over 5 years. Everyone is very kind and professional and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

  This is by far the worst 2 years of banking I have ever endured!! I don't know why I let it go on as long as I did! Automatic payment for my loan was not being taken out as contracted and then being charged late fees for this issue! I received calls after my due date saying my payment was late! Then when I would try to make a call to this bank I would always have to leave a message and have to wait 3 days for a return call. I would call any number for this bank and not get a live person on the other end, always a voicemail system (reached a live person 1 time in 2 years)When I would finally get through to someone they would ask "could you hold on for just a second" I would be on hold for over 20 MINUTES, AND THEN GET HUNG UP ON!!! THE WORST BANK EVER!!! I WOULD PICKET THIS PLACE IF I HAD THE TIME!!!! THE WORST CREDIT UNION EVER!!! THE MERE FACT THAT THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE (FOR LACK OF A MORE FITTING WORD) SUCKS!!! So inconsiderate and rude!!!!! PLEASE DON'T EVEN GIVE THIS BUSINESS THE CHANCE TO DO TO YOU WHAT I HAVE HAD DONE TO ME!!!
