  I purchased a car and had an accident the day before thanksgiving. It has been a complete nightmare since. Speaking to someone has been nothing but trouble. The gap insurance I was told I had, they didn’t apply it and the insurance paid them. My credit report keep getting big hits from this and no one has helped resolve it. I feel like I’ve been screwed! This is very stressful! I will not be able to purchase anything because my credit is terrible now. This should have been taken care of. When I call I hold forever, get to 1st in line and they hang up. Stop playing games and resolve this!

  If I could give no stars, then I would. Worst experience with purchasing a car. Was lied to getting into the car about features. Haven’t had the car a week yet and it’s already in the shop. They don’t try to accommodate you in anyway. Shows no sympathy. Customer service and there knowledge is lacking. Manager doesn’t try to communicate unless you calling him out his name. I will NEVER recommend anyone I know to go this this place.

  Customer service is awesome, Employees are friendly, Facility is clean. I give location, staff and US Auto Sales business model a 5 star rating. The product itself, their Automobiles are lacking in quality from what I experienced through my purchasing process. The 1st automobile I liked and test drove ended up having a bad transmission and couldn't be sold, the 2nd vehicle had a cracked tail light lens and chipped paint on body (I passed on it), the 3rd vehicle which caught my attention and was purchased had the check engine light come on 2 minutes after I drove it off the lot. Their warranty did cover majority of repairs and the deductible, but I still had to spend $60 out the gate for repairs, to make check engine light go off. The icing on the cake is when mechanic says you need (2) new tires because the front tires are 7 years old. Geez wiz the vehicle isn't even that old. Overall, if your credit is not the best, US Auto Sales can get you into a vehicle, just make sure you take it to your personal mechanic first for safety inspection. Because everything that went wrong on my car the same day it was purchased was not on the US Auto Sales checklist, and the items were denied for replacement through warranty. I spent over $300 to ensure operations of the vehicle were safe, within the first 48 hrs of ownership. Quality of product was below my expectations, but the staff was Awesome and extremely easy to work with.

  Definitely ask for Sherry. The process of shopping for car is never at the top of my list to spend an afternoon but she was friendly, knowledgeable and very sweet. Great customer service!
