  I tried to get the phone number for my local branch three times. I've been on hold three times for over 4 minutes. I wanted to open a considerably large checking account don't think I'm going to. If they can't answer the phone I don't know how they can handle my money. I was excited about switching to a credit union but I'm just going to stick with my regular Bank

  I love this place and the staff! While they have plenty of options to conduct business (online, ATM, drive through, etc.) I will always choose to come in person to see the tellers. Most of the staff have already pulled up my account by the time I walk up because they know who I am! It's so nice going somewhere that knows and appreciates you. I will always use MSUFCU.
