  I have been trying to call this location since 9am Jan 5th 2015 no answer for about 40 min finally a rep answers and puts me on a 10 min hold did not even come back on the line just left me on an indefinite hold

  Omfg. Nobody answers the phones, you have to drive there to make an appointment and then drive back later and wait for an appointment. These people are all idiots
