  My family has happily worked with Kimberly with the purchases of two homes. She is warm, knowledgeable, and a relaxing presence during the buying process. I have heard many stories of other people having long settlements that have been complicated or have needed to be rescheduled...none of those issues at all working with Kimberly.   Working with Kimberly Smrek was such a blessing and an amazing experience. She helped to get things done so quickly. I brought a home and closed within the same month. Kimberly was also great with helping me to understand the home buying process. She took time to go over the numbers and interest rates with comparison. She made sure I was comfortable with the outcomes and monthly payments. Overall, her customer service was and is still excellent. I say that because, after closing, Kimberly still calls with periodic follow up to check on things or sharing new resourceful information. kimberly Smrek simply ROCKS!
