  I’ve been a customer for Arlene for 3 years. Arlene is a wonderful person and the main reason why I started filing my taxes through this location. She has never failed me and doing taxes with her will 100% remove any stress you’ve had before. If I could give Arlene 10 stars I would I have never seen anyone put the same amount of passion and honesty as much as her. Thank you so much for always helping me out! She is a rare experience.

  Miss Arlene has been incredible for the last four years that I’ve been coming to the Ellicott city location I’ve been with liberty tax for 15 years and I’ve never had exceptional service until I had her if you want great service great overall everything this is the lady to go to!! I consider her a second mother to me she treats you with respect and is nothing but honest and will get you every dime that you are owed and To this day I will forever still come to this location this company because of Miss Arlene she is the reason why I’m still here !!! way to go guys you got yourself a winner employee and she deserves everything!!!

  Ms. Arlene was great. Always patient, courteous and professional even with almost constant interruptions, she still treated you like you were her primary priority and got the job done. I would recommend her in a heart beat, she’s amazing!

  Arlene has been doing my taxes for the last 8 years or so and has never missed a beat with getting me the maximum return back!! She's always professional and personable...and her heel fashion is the best! Lol Thanks Liberty Tax for such a jewel🥰

  I have been going to Liberty Tax to get my taxes done since 2007, and the past 2 years I’ve gone to the Ellicot City location and had Arlene Bonilla as my tax preparer. Arlene is always so knowledgeable and pleasant…like an extended member of my family. The professionalism and pleasantness of Liberty Tax is so outstanding! I highly recommend anyone to utilize them. And if you go to the Ellicot City location, make sure to schedule an appointment with Arlene! :o)
