  Working with Scott and team was great. With out being able to meet him in person I was kept up to date with all the details of my refinance process. I was given small video clips explaining my documents in detail and was able to call, text or email when any issues or concerns arose. Very happy with my results and I would recommend other using their services.

  We had a great experience with our refinance. The communications were timely and directions were very easy to follow. All of our questions were easily answered. When rates dropped suddenly while we were shopping, they were very quick to let us know so we could take advantage.   The Mountain West Mortgage Team is INCREDIBLE! As first time home buyers, we did not know what to expect. The team walked us through the process - from qualifying for a loan to closing on our home. Throughout the process, they were kind, helpful, and responsive - answering all of our questions and ensuring we felt comfortable. We have been in our home for almost two years.   Dave was absolutely wonderful to work with as we went through the process of our first home purchase. He made certain that my fiance and I understood the entire process and was in constant communication throughout the home-buying experience. Always willing to answer any and all questions, Dave provided insight into many aspects of the process aside from the mortgage aspect of the purchase, and I was so grateful to know I had someone who genuinely cared for our well-being and not his bottom line. A big factor for me in picking a mortgage consultant was someone who valued constant communication as highly as myself. Dave was incredibly consistent in his communication and answered/returned any calls in a timely manner. Couldn't recommend Dave highly enough as he'll go to bat for you and guide you through the process as a teacher should.

  Sadly, I called 3 times over a 4 day period to get a quote on a refinance. Each time Greg said he would have a quote to me within a few hours. By the last call, Greg was short and rude and said it would "take him a few days since he was busy with other clients." I promptly called my local credit union and the rep quickly did the math over the phone in less than five minutes. I'm glad I didn't wait around.

  James Sly was the greatest help in our search for a wonderful home.
