  We bought our house a couple months ago (in April) and worked with Scott Crandall. He worked very quickly to procure our loan and was extremely helpful along the way. We had a million questions and he answered them all patiently and in a clear and timely manner. We even had to switch houses in the middle of the process due to the inspection not looking so good on the first one. He was still able to close the 2nd home within the time frame we had set for the first one! We would highly recommend his services.

  If you are looking at this you are probably a first time home buyer. Take my advice and go to First Colony Mortgage. They are very professional and the whole office is in a good mood. You can tell that they enjoy their jobs and want to help their clientele. Buying will probably end up being stressful, that is a given, you really want someone who is willing to fight for you. Go with First Colony Mortgage.

  Jessica Dahl is the greatest human being that ever lived. She's who I use for all my mortgage needs and I send all my people to her. She's a hustler, and gets stuff done. If it can be done she'll make it happen. First colony is great, but make sure to use Jessica Dahl because she's phenomenal.

  First Colony closed our refinance 3 days before original projected closing date. They beat the rate originally quoted with minimal fees and were flexible in arranging the closing signing at another office closer to us. There were a couple of docs to follow up on after closing at no fault of theirs -- it was our existing bank, but they met us at our work site to get that resolved within a day of closing. I would recommend them to prospective customers as they went over and above to meet our requests/needs. Thanks Jake and Matt (with the coordinating title company)!

  We worked with Scott Chappell and Jessica Dahl on getting a mortgage for our new home. Getting our last mortgage with another company was a complete nightmare and since then I am self employed so I was nervous. I was SO relieved with how well the whole experience went. They were way on top of everything, got us a great rate, kept me up to date, and got our loan on time. It was the most seamless experience of our whole building process. I have already referred a friend to them who had a similarly great experience. I highly suggest them.
