Denise Peskin1Entire staff refused to wear a masis, putting all customers their families and community at risk… The least they could do is follow CDC guidelines for masking in all indoor places in Boise . The general manager told me how great a little plastic piece between here and I was… Ignorance is not bliss, it can kill ..., you are in the Customer Service business what you do with your life and your health is your business, when you put others lives at risk it is not. Is this what you call customer service ? if you can’t respect your customers and their lives and safety enough to put on a darn mask, I can sure find another place to put my money and bank with that can .. get a life, don’t take others !

A A1I have visited this bank at this specific location (Cole and Fairview) three times total. The first two times were deposits—simple, friendly service, in and out. That was what I expected today...and then my quick withdrawal turned into a 45 minute fiasco during which time I endured a lot of unprofessional behavior, a complete lack of attention to my transaction (multiple mistakes through the process), verbal harassment from another customer behind me, and lack of any apology when the errors on their side were discovered. I remained calm and kind throughout but I hope my lack of reaction does not equal a sense that everything was “fine”. Because everything about my experience today was so wrong. After being detained 45 minutes for a transaction that should have taken five minutes, I did not have time to speak to a manager—who strangely never showed their face during the whole process—but once I do, I will update my review once I have.

Kristin Sanchez5I've always had a good experience Even when they are super busy the tellers do a really great job being friendly and making me feel important. I've been reading some of the reviews and most of them seem to deal with overdrafts or other issues. When I overdrafted my account, my fault I want paying close enough attention to my balance, they called me and even sent me a letter offering assistance and explaining my account had been in overdraft. Let me say that the assistance they offered was not to erase the debt... I made the mistake, but they did help me understand how their fees worked and helped me sign up for the app so I can check my available balance all the time

Spencer Henderson5I am new to this bank. I just opened a business account at this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful to get me the account I needed opened. It was nice that they have a few different type of accounts that we could open. The few times I have been here to deliver deposits, withdraw cash and order checks they have always been quick to help. Lines are never very long when i am here plus I hear rumors they have cookies at certain times, yet I have not yet seen them. I am very pleased with this bank and think I will have a continual relation with them.

seqouyah jones1Every time I have any issue there is not one employee at the cole branch that has been enthusiastic or willing to help me solve any issue I have. I have had surprise debt owed to them bimonthly because of random transactions I had no control of accepting. They have always charged me for overdraft that I never signed for. Lastly, they have never worked with me on canceling charges. I have paid for every charge they have given me. False charges. A bank will do what they can do to make that money. Sneaky bank. BEWARE.

ddb playtime1Super corrupt bank. I felt something was wrong when they just handed me my debit card and sent me on my way. Not once did they provide me with info avout my account talj to me about how ut worked or what type of checking I was enrolled in. They just handed me 2 recipts and sent me on my way. I had 2 babies with me so I figured I could wait and just speak with someone on the phone. I checked my ballance a few days later and my account was good. At the end of the day it switch from being positive to negative 180.00 When I called their bank manager Diane she was automatically defensive which makes me believe she is used to what i was complaining about. Also made it seem like it was my fault for not balancing a written report of my charges. Since charges were not applied sometimes 24 hours after they happened once my account went negative 2 dollars from me seeing my account positive and buys 1 thing at the gas station, all of a sudden 3 small charges from days ago applied causeinf over 160 in over drafts. Some charges had mysterious "authorizations" that caused me to overdraft. You would think if they cared about the success of their client they would make sure they would avoid these fees but to me it's like they set you up for them. Avoid this bank. I was going to use this for my business and just day to day travel expenses and profits... Ya right my normal banker will take a close look at this and im not touching this bank with two rusted dimes. Shady ass company FOR SURE!!
